Maybe we should have a Tabulator Light which has only outline and table, for
people with smaller or slower machines. And tabulator micro for phones, where
the default on click is to refocus, to save screenspace.
Lazy load may also be wise, contrary to what I thought earlier of getting all
the waiting done at first load.
we're using a local copy of the simile.mit.edu timeline files (the copy was made
after simile.mit.edu was back up again)
I agree that views that don't load shouldn't hang the entire tabulator.
Right now, simile.mit.edu seems to be down. The entire tabulator fails.
Presumably the same for google maps. As we are using more and more external
resources for views, we really need to load stuff dynamically.
