clearing assignments on deferred issues

I changed this in Help.html and the map tutorial.

These problems exist in the query and calendar tutorials as well, since many
changes have been made to the overall appearance of the outline and the view
areas since the two were written.

0.7 help file mentions the 'Tabulate selected fields' button, which appears 
to no longer exist.  Should be changed in favour of 'View and Save query'?
